 to please. Trying to find the best professional to help can be just as stressful. You search web site after site and make endless
calls to event planners, wedding planners, photographers, caterers, DJ's asking the same questions over and over still not
confident that they're the right person for the job or that you can trust that they'll do what they say they can.

Match Me would like to make finding the best professional for your event just a little less stressful.

Sometimes we match you with an event professional who has worked in the event industry for some time and has earned a
solid reputation for service and reliability and sometimes it might be with a professional who hasn't worked in the business
quite as long as some but who has managed to earn rave reviews from former clients. Either way we only match you with
Event Professionals who have the earned the right to be included in our Select group of vendors...
Match Me Preferred Event Professionals.

In order to maintain our standards for quality service our Event Professionals are periodically reviewed based on our client evaluations.

Our Process or How it Works

We do the Work-We find you an Event Professional
In order to find the right vendor for your event we ask you to complete one of our questionnaire's. Which questionnaire you fill
out depends on your particular needs for your event. You may require the services of a Wedding Planner, Event Planner or
other type of Event Vendor. Once you decide on the kind of vendor you need just fill out the appropriate form which you
can find by selecting one of the links below. Once you have completed the questionnaire just hit the submit button and it is
sent right to us.
That's all you have to do.
Once we receive the form we work to find you a Match Me Preferred Professional.
*Match Me Professionals may not be available in all areas.

What if you just need party rentals like tables and chairs, or a limo service, or a dressmaker. And all you really care about is
that the vendor is trustworthy and reliable.
If that's the case forget the questionnaire and just go to our Vendor Directory and find a Match Me vendor there!
You'll know our Match Me Vendors because you'll see our logo next to their name.

Additional Vendors- There are also additional vendors listed in our Vendor Directory that have not yet gone through our reference check process and are not Match Me Event Preferred Vendors but these vendors can also offer you quality services.

At Match Me we kind of work like those matchmaking dating services because we make matches too... of course we don't try
to find you your life partner but we do work to find you a compatible working partner.
To some of our clients it is of course important that the professionals we match them with are reliable, experienced and
talented but it is also very important to them that they can actually work with the wedding planner, event planner or other
vendor that we match them with.
So we developed our questionnaire. All of our questionnaires are designed to help us learn about you and your event so that
we can match you with the right Event Professional.
We want to match you with someone who has the skills and expertise to provide you with the level of service you require for
your event but we will also work to match you with someone who is compatible on a more personal level.

Our questionnaires are easy to fill out and takes only a couple of minutes.

• We ask you specific details about the event,
Date, time, number of guests, budget...
The goal or objective of the event: Is it a celebration, employee recognition, family reunion, Wedding...
Who is the main contact? Or who makes the final budget decisions?
• We also ask you about yourself
Do like to be in charge or do you like others to take the lead?
Do you like to have fun even when working on a difficult project?
• We try to determine the kind of person you would like to work with
