How Match Me Client Leads Work

Match Me Bidding Board

At Match Me we find clients for you by providing the MM Bidding Board which lists client requesting services for an event. These listing can only be
accessed by Match Me Preferred Vendors.

There are two ways you can respond to a Bid Listing.

1. The client sends us a request for services we post their listing on our Bidding Board with their contact information.
Here you the vendor will be able to view detailed information about the client and their event and contact them directly.

2. If the client chooses to have their contact information remain confidential. We the assign the listing an ID#.
If you wish to respond to a confidential listing simply complete the form Response to a Listing. Once we receive your Response to a Listing
we then notify the client that you are interested in providing your services for their event and direct them to your Company-Services profile page.

Company-Services Profile

You complete one of our Event Vendor questionnaire's and with the information you provide we create your Company-Services Profile Page.
This page is accessed from your listing in our Vendor Vendor Directory. Here the client can view detailed information about your company and services.

Before we post the Profile Page we e-mail you allowing you to make any changes to it.
*The contact information provided with your reviews, testimonials etc. is strictly confidential and will NOT be made published on your Profile page.

Our desire at Match Me is to always provide our clients with only the very best services. At Match Me we don't just recommend anyone we refer only the very best Event Professionals to our clients.

That's why we require all vendors wishing to be part of our select group of Match Me Preferred Professionals to submit references, recommendations, testimonials, news articles, press releases or whatever you feel will establish your professionalism and/or expertise in your particular area of the event industry.
These accolades for your work or service can be from former clients, event professionals and/or other professionals.

MM Listing
Once we have approved you as a Match Me Member we will place our logommlogo with your listing which signify's you are a Match Me Preferred Vendor.
This main page listing includes your company name, brief company description and basic contact info and web site link.
In addition we will provide a link to your Profile Page where additional information about your company and services, your logo, testimonials, reviews etc.
This listing is FREE FOR ONE YEAR and we request that you link with us.

You may upgrade to a Primo Listing at any time.

Client Leads. As a Match Me Member we connect you with clients looking for your particular skills and talents.

Client and Event Profiles-Bidding Listings . As a Match Me Preferred Vendor you will have access to our Bidding Board. The listings on the Bidding
Board will provide you with in depth information about the client, their expectations of you, and the event information. This information enables you to be better informed and prepared when bidding on an event. With all the detailed information we provide you'll be better able to sell yourself and your services.

As a Match Me Preferred Professional you will be listed in our Vendor Venue Services Directory page with our logo displayed with your listing.
Any client viewing our logo will know that you are a trusted and respected Match Me Preferred Professional.

Match Me With A Vendor
As a Match Me Member you have access to our Match Me with a Vendor Listing. Say you're working an event and you need an extra coordinator you can trust, or a photographer, or you have a who client wants a great buffet for their event and you need a caterer who has a great reputation for the best buffet food and service... well that's what Match Me with a Vendor does we match we you other Match Me Professionals who can provide you with the services you need. As Match Me Vendors they can be trusted to provide you with only quality service.

Submit An Article
Want to get your name out there to visitors and others checking out our site. Want to be known as an expert in your field? Submit an article on any event related subject of interest to our visitors and upon approval we will post it on our Articles page and a link to this article will be posted on your Profile page.

Evaluations and Reviews
To maintain our high standards for quality service from our vendors we follow up with each client that works with a Match Me Preferred Vendor.
If we feel that you are not maintaining our standards for quality service you can be removed from our Listing.
