1. Please read Post Your Event FAQ's and Terms of Use with special attention to the section Event Board Conditions and
Terms of Use before submitting a listing.
2. All employment positions offered must be event/hospitality industry related.
3. We reserve the right to publish or not publish a request for listing.
4. We do not edit your listing for errors.
5. Do not submit a request for the same listing more than once in a thirty day period.
6. If you submit any information (email, resume, job posting, event posting, etc.) to our site, you agree not to:
Post or transmit anything that is defamatory, abusive, libelous, unlawful, obscene, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, pornographic, harmful, or that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.
Post or transmit pyramid schemes or chain letters.
Post or transmit anything that violates the copyright or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks.
Post or transmit a virus or any other harmful component.
7. Do not spam this site. Do not submit fraudulent listing.
If listing is suspected to be fraudulent the appropriate authorities will be notified. If it has been determined you have submitted a fraudulent listing you will be banned from posting to this site.

Types of Listings
Weddings, Social or Business Listings
1. Weddings, Social and Business listings are posted for those clients wishing to get quotes or bids for their event from event vendors.
You should include information like the date, time/s and location of the event. Also include specifics like what type of vendors you're looking
for. Include as many details as possible this helps the vendor to provide you with a more accurate quote or proposal.
2. We request that you provide us with your e-mail address so that we have a way to contact you with any questions regarding your listing.
Your e-mail address is for our use only and will not be published unless you have included it in your listing.
3. Your contact information is confidential. Vendors are not given your contact information unless you request that you would like the bids
and quotes
sent directly to you.
4. We assign all listings an ID #number. You may request that your contact information remain confidential. If your contact information is to
remain confidential
vendors are instructed to send us their bids or proposal for your event which is identified by your ID number and we then
forward this information to you.
Event Services
These listings are for event vendors wishing to promote their company and/or services.
Training/Classes
If you are offering training, classes or a certification program for any area in the special event industry post it here.
Job Board
Employers-Post information about an internship or other job openings here. The position you are offering must be in the special
event/hospitality field.
Career and Job Fairs for the Event Industry
All listings posted for job fairs or job expos must be related to the event/hospitality Industry.
Bridal Shows/Fairs
Post your information about your Bridal Show.
For Vendors
1. To respond to an Event Posting send your quote or event proposal to admin@matchmeeventservices.com
Please include the Listing ID# with your submission and your contact info. We will forward
your information to the client.
2. We make no guarantee that a client will contact you once they have received your quote or event proposal.
We simply forward your information and the client chooses who they wish to contact.

1. Be aware that Match Me is not involved in any financial transactions between any persons posting an ad and the persons responding to such ad.
We do not handle payments, guarantee transactions, provide escrow services, or offer "buyer protection" or "seller certification"
