Welcome to Match Me Event Services a service for event professionals and clients. By using Match Me Event Services ("Match Me"), website, (the "website") you are bound by these terms of use, (this "agreement"), whether or not you register as a member (“member") of Match Me Event Services. If you wish to become a member and make use of Match Me Event Services, please read these terms of use. IF YOU OBJECT TO ANYTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE AND/OR ITS SERVICES.
This agreement is subject to change by Match Me Event Services in its sole discretion at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of this site or the services after the posting of revisions to this agreement will constitute your acceptance of such revisions. Match Me Event Services matches event professionals with clients requesting event service specialists.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
  a. Electronic Agreement. This agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your use of the website and your membership in the service. By using the website or becoming a member, you accept this agreement and agree to the terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced herein.
  b. Electronic and non-electronic copy. By accessing the website or becoming a member, you consent to have this agreement provided to you in electronic form.  Further, you have the right to receive this agreement in non-electric form by requesting a non-electric copy of this agreement either before or after you electronically sign the document. To receive a non-electric copy of this agreement, please send an e-mail to Admin@eventmatchup.com
 2. USE OF SITE AND SERVICE.
As a user of the site or a user registered to use any of the services (a “registered user”), you agree to the following:
  a. Exclusive use. Your account is for your personal use only. You may not authorize others to use your account, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity prohibited by law.
  b. Information submitted. You are solely responsible for, and assume all liability regarding, (i) the information and content you contribute to the service; (ii) the information and content you post, transmit, publish, or otherwise make available (hereinafter “post”) through the services; and (iii) your interactions with other registered users through the services.
  c. No false information. You will not provide inaccurate, misleading or false information to Match Me or to any other user. If information provided to Match Me or another user subsequently becomes inaccurate, misleading or false, you will promptly notify Match Me of such change.
3. TERMS
  a. This agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Websiite and/or a member. You may terminate your membership at any time by sending an an e-mail to admin@eventmatchuup.com. If you terminate your membership your subscription will remain active until the end of your then-current subscription period ( that is, the subscription period through which you had paid prior to your termination ). Match Me will send via e-mail a notice of termination to the e-mail address you have provided.
  b. Match Me reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time because you have breached this agreement and you will not be entitled to any refund of unused fees.
  c. Match Me reserves the right to remove from our Website your name or company name for any reason Match Me deems and you will not be entitled to any refund of unused fees.
 4. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS.
  a. Ownership of proprietary information. You hereby acknowledge and agree that Match Me is the owner of highly valuable proprietary information, including without limitation, the compatibility matching system, compatibility profiles, and questionnaires (collectively, “confidential information”). Match Me owns and hereby retains all proprietary rights in the services and the site, including but not limited to, all confidential information.
  b. No use of confidential information. You will not post, copy, modify, transmit, disclose, show in public, create any derivative works from, distribute, make commercial use of, or reproduce in any way any (i) confidential information or (ii) other copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information accessible via the services, without first obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
5. DISCLAIMERS. 
 a. Match Me is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content submitted or posted on the website or in connection with the service, whether caused by users of the website, members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the service.
 b. The Match Me service is provided to you "as is" and "as available" with no warranty to the maximum extent permitted by law, Match Me disclaims all warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, the implied condition of satisfactory quality and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. You acknowledge that if you rely on any information or content on the service, you do so solely at your own risk.
c. Match Me pre-screens its members, and makes inquires into the professional backgrounds of its members and attempts to verify the statements of its members. Match Me and its contractors may use various ways of verifying information that users have provided. However, we cannot absolutely guarantee this information, and you agree that Match Me and its contractors will have no liability to you arising from any incorrectly verified information.
6. THIRD-PARTY WEB SITES
 a. The services may contain links to web sites of third-parties, including without limitation, advertisers, which are not under the control of Match Me, and Match Me is not responsible for the content of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such web sites.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
 a. Incidental damages and aggregate liability. In no event will Match Me be liable for any incidental, special, consequential or indirect damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the services, including, without limitation, damages for loss or corruption of data or programs, service interruptions and procurement of substitute services, even if Match Me knows or has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances will Match Me aggregate liability, in any form of action whatsoever in connection with this agreement or the use of the services or the site, exceed the price paid by you for your account.
8. NO LIABILITY FOR NON-MATCH ME ACTIONS.
 a.  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Match Me be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the services, including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other registered users of the services. This includes any claims, losses or damages arising from the conduct of users who have registered under false pretenses or who attempt to defraud or harm you.
9. INDEMNIFICATION.
 a. You agree to indemnify and hold Match Me, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service in violation of this agreement and/or arising from a breach of this agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
10. WITHDRAWING YOUR CONSENT
 A.You have the right at any time to withdraw your consent to have this Agreement provided to you in electronic form.
   (i) Effect. Should you choose to withdraw your consent to have this Agreement provided in electronic form you will not have the right to use this Service.
   (ii)Prospective Nature. Your withdrawal of consent shall be effective within a reasonable time after we receive your withdrawal notice discribed above. Your withdrawal of consent will not affect the legal validity or enforceability of the Agreement provided to, and electronically signed by you, prior to the effective date of your withdrawal.

By using the Match Me Event Services and its website you are bound by these terms of use, (this "agreement"), whether or not you register as a member of Match Me Event Services.
